What will you find: Urban or what some consider Hip Hop, Lyrical Ballet, Drama, Mime and finally a Sacred Workout; are the Christian alternatives. These alternatives are targets to physical fitness, health and wellness by living the scripture. 1 Corinthians 3:16-17.
